The Railway Recruitment Board, also called RRB or the railways department, is planning to release the results soon for the exam that was held for graduate-level students. When the result is declared, it will only be available on the official RRB website and not on any other website. So, students must check only the official website to see their results. When the results are announced, this page will also be updated, and direct links will be shared for each region to help students download their results easily. The result will come out in a PDF file. In that file, the roll numbers of students who passed the exam will be shown.
Along with the result, students will also be able to see their individual marks and the cut-off marks that were needed to pass. There were two days on which the exam was taken. The first exam was on 5th June 2025, and the second one was on 24th June 2025.
Now let’s talk about the expected cut-off marks for the RRB NTPC exam of 2025. Since the exam this year was a little difficult, the expected cut-off marks will also be set based on the difficulty level. Below, we are sharing the expected marks for different categories, so students should read this part carefully. For the General category, which is also called UR, the expected cut-off may be between 72 to 83 marks. For SC students, the cut-off might be somewhere between 54 and 69 marks. For ST students, it may range from 49 to 69 marks. And for the EWS category, the expected cut-off could be around 61 to 78 marks. These are only expected numbers and may change slightly when the actual result is out.
To help students check their results, we are also explaining the steps clearly. First, students should go to the official website of their RRB region. The main website is rrb.gov.in, but every region has its own page. When the result is released, we will also share the direct link here to make it easier. After visiting the site, students have to choose their region from the list. Then they need to enter their roll number and the date of birth exactly as they wrote while filling out the form. Students can see their name and their marks there.on the screen .Along with that, the official cut-off will also be available. After checking everything, students should download and save the result on their computer or phone for later use.
Talking about the result date, the RRB department has not officially told the exact date when the result will come out. But we know that this year, in 2025, the department has given many job chances to students. Around 3150 job posts were shared for this year’s recruitment. Many students in India are looking for jobs, and this is a good opportunity, especially for those who have passed 12th grade or have a graduate degree. Students who have high marks also have a better chance to get selected. Since many students are now waiting for the result, we can say that the result is likely to be announced next month, though the department has not given the final date yet.
